SIMON PENNICOTT - JACQUES BREL & COMPANY DIRECTOR
Not only is Simon playing the inimitable Jacques Brel, he is also the writer and translator of many of the famous songs in the show. Simon graduated from The Bridge in July 2008. Formerly a professional buyer, Simon made the decision to change from an office desk to the stage in 2006 and has never looked back.
His credits include the lead in The Dating Game, Grumpskin in The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe ; Bob Acres in The Rivals; and Shakebag in Arden of Faversham.
LINNIE REEDMAN - DIRECTOR
Linnie is a highly accomplished director, writer and actor from the Drama Studio London, with one of her most recent works - Gatsby - premiering in the West End, to critical acclaim. We are thrilled to have someone of her expertise and experience on board and we can't wait to see what she does with the show!
Her credits include, The Extraordinary Cabaret of Dorian Gray, Gatsby, White Christmas and Bonnie and Clyde.
NICOLA CHEGWIN - COMPANY DIRECTOR
An actress and screenwriter, Nicola has been married to Simon since 2012 and she and Simon welcomed their first child, Aneurin Victor, in 2016.
Her credits as an actress include Mary in Salford's Glory, Amy, in the sitcom Stiffs and Elivira, in Blythe Spirit.
Her directing credits include BINGO!: The Musical, and Jacques Brel: A Life A Thousand Times.
ADAM MURDOCH - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Adam is a recent Graduate from LIPA, with a BA (Hons) degree in Theatre & Performance Technology. Adam is a diverse Lighting Designer and Technician working upon a wide variety of professional productions including: Musicals, Plays, Dance, Pantomime, Puppetry and online music broadcasts.
Adam has recently won the prestigious ‘ALD Michael Northen’ award for his work on previous productions and had his own article in the ALD Focus Magazine. He specialises in designing for musicals, His last project was SHOUT! - The MOD Musical which was a three week run Liverpool prestigious Royal Court and The Wizard of Oz at the Liverpool Echo Auditorium.

KATE-LOIS ELLIOTT – FRANCE
We are very excited to welcome Kate into the Far West family. An accomplished actor, singer, musician and an all round lovely person, Kate trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Theatre credits include: Clarion (The Arcola) directed by Mehmet Ergen, The Serpent's Tooth (The Almeida), The Kindness of Strangers (Watford Palace Theatre), Professor Vanessa's Wondershow (The Roundhouse), The Duchess of Malfi (New Diorama Theatre), The Taming of the Shrew (Festival Shakespeare), The Bistro (The Bush Theatre), The Odyssey (The Albany), The Winter's Tale (Shakespeare's Globe/Globe Education) and Notflix: The Improvised Musical (King's Head Theatre/Leicester Square Theatre). Kate will be joining the show off the back of Henry IV (York Theatre Royal's YISF/Tour).
LAURA LOMAX – ORIGINAL DESIGN CONCEPT
Laura Lomax is an award-winning set & costume designer for theatre and film. Based in the UK, Laura’s portfolio of work encompasses AV design, site-specific installations and largescale puppetry. Laura is an artist and designer fascinated with Victorian science and ingenuity.
Laura trained at LIPA, and has collaborated with numerous companies such as Punch Drunk, Liverpool Biennial, Hope Street Ltd and Sell A Door. Her work has been seen in the Everyman, Unity Theatre, the Bluecoat and FACT, and AV design clients include the Kaiser Chiefs, Riverside Studios and Arts Depot in London.
